The space

This Bungalow is part of the property that is used for large groups, weddings and functions. When we are not hosting large groups, we make the Bungalow available to couples, families and smaller groups to experience Tranquility Hideaway and its immersion into nature.

The property is well-appointed and quiet, with access to the beach and walking trails that lead right into town.

Tranquility Hideaway is a secluded sanctuary, nestled on 200 acres of lush tropical rainforest and year-round running creeks. This serene escape offers breathtaking ocean views of the Coral Sea and our adorning Islands, stunning sunrises & sunsets and is just three (3) minutes from Mission Beach’s bustling cafés and restaurants. The property will immerse you in nature with its gorgeous, landscaped gardens, the sounds of gentle flowing creeks, refreshing sea breezes, an abundance of native Flora and Fauna, spacious, comfortable and relaxing accommodations, well maintained and large grassy areas, leaving plenty of room for your wedding, outdoor event or for your kids to run wild, all put together in an exclusive and private setting, making it an ideal location for memorable events and rejuvenating getaways.

With eight (8) generous, modern rooms over two (2) levels, as well as a detached, three (3) bedroom Bungalow located at the rear side of the home, with all rooms configured with a king bed that can easily be split into twin singles, you can accommodate up to up to 22 people in the one location, with an array of different bedding configuration styles to suit your specific requirements (Additional fees may apply). Seeking additional space for more guests? We can also utilise the media room for additional guest sleeping space and are happy to discuss your specific requirements upon enquiry (Additional fees apply).

In addition to the House and Bungalow, spaces for self-contained Motorhomes, Caravans and even spectacular Creekside camping are available on the property. - The supervision of children is required at all times due to the nature of the property and surrounding environment. There are numerous, potential safety risks for children that are unable to be removed or mitigated.

- There are multiple, accessible bodies of water located on the property and within short walking distance of the accommodation that pose a potential safety risk to unsupervised children or unaccomplished swimmers.

- You are immersed in nature and we have numerous varieties of fruit trees on the property, therefor you are highly likely to encounter wild, native animals including wallabies, Cassowaries, Laced monitors, wild pigs, snakes and others. Please remain wary of your environment and avoid approaching or feeding wild animals on the property.

- Please be considerate of our property and its surroundings. We do everything possible to provide our guests with a beautiful, clean, natural environment and accommodations, and would appreciate you limiting your impact on the environment and natural beauty of our property at all times.
